Confessions of a Left-Hand Knitter

Exploring the Possibilities

WIP Updates

on April 13, 2018

I have not been able to keep up with WIP Wednesday but I wanted to provide updates and announce the new KAL!!!!

I have been working on several projects. First is the Liz sweater sleeves. You know how I feel about sleeves!!! But I have mastered the 2 at a time, so hoping that I want feel the woes so hard.

Making some progress there. This has been my go to travel project and I love my knitting goddess bag it is so good! Lol

My next project is the Fade to Flax sweater, which is finger weight sweater. It has been cool working on it as I love the fino yarn, but admittedly I am lazy with counting and need to see if it is time to divide for sleeves or stop increasing. I know I am the worst with this sweater. But I love that it is top down so I am able to try it on as I go. Very beginner friendly sweater.

Also, I have been working on a hat that was going to match my mitts but tragically I lost them during the many winter storms that have been plaguing the northeast. But I don’t have much interest in completing it so it is my sometimes project.

This concludes my WIPs. As you know, I have recently acquired a lot of yarn (more is coming because I brought yarn before the trip…I have a problem), so I am on a mission to destash and make things!!!

With my sweater goal in mind, I will be hosting a KAL of the Joji Locatelli’s Dragonflies pattern. I already swatch and will be using Edinburgh Yarn. Super excited!! Please join me in the KAL! Click the link for the Raverly Thread.
